Are shipments really discreet?
The shipping package is always a brown envelope or box, with no logos or external identifying marks. Without opening it, it is not possible to know the content and it is a standard box that goes unnoticed like any other. So we guarantee that the shipment is totally discreet.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location.
Spain (peninsula): 24-48h
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands: 24-72h
Europe: 24-96h
Rest of the World: Up to one week.
All shipments are made during working days using the main public and private companies.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will be shown in the summary of your purchase. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:
Spain (peninsula): 5,95€

Balearic Islands: 9,95€
Canary Islands: 14,95€
European Shipping: 24,95€
Europe: Purchases over 199€ FREE SHIPPING!
Rest of the World: 29,95€

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
What happens if I am not at the address I provide when the courier delivers the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated to us or at one of the carrier’s offices. Lo habitual es que está segunda entrega se realice al día siguiente del primer intento.
En el remoto caso de que se producirá un segundo intento fallido de entrega, y como último recurso, tu pedido será depositado durante 14 días naturales en la oficina de correos más cercana para que puedas recogerlo cuando más te convenga sin tener que depender de coincidir con el mensajero para la entrega. Si tras ese periodo no se recogiera en correos nos llegaría de vuelta y te devolveríamos el importe del del pedido restando los gastos de devolución del paquete.

Can I pick up my order at the delivery company instead of at my home address?
Of course!
Si no deseas recibir tus productos en casa puedes hacerlo en la oficina de la empresa de transporte que seleccionemos más cercana a la dirección que nos indiques. In additional comments indicate “pick-up on point” and once the order is processed we will send you the collection address of the transport company to your mail. Each company has different points and times, so we’ll specify it next to your mail.
