Can I return an item I am not satisfied with?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with an item you can proceed to return it. You will have to send it through a post office or any other carrier (e.g. Seur, Correos Express, etc.) if it is more convenient for you. <\/span><\/p>\n

The steps to follow are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. IMPORTANT: Notify us of your return by sending us an email to info@bdsmstore.com<\/span><\/a> indicating in the subject “return order number XX”. It is very important that you include both in the subject of the email and in the number of your order, otherwise we will not be able to process your return. <\/p>\n

Prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and unused. <\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery address you have to indicate on the package is: C\/ Leon Perez Bayo 15 Primero, 28100 Alcobendas (Madrid). Additionally our email is info@mybdsmstore.com and our contact number is 610719335 (Often you may be asked for email and phone number when scheduling a shipment). <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Take it to a post office or to the office of the chosen carrier and send it postage paid.<\/p>\n

3. Once received in our warehouse, we will check that the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original tags and its complete original packaging<\/strong>, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same way in which you made the payment.<\/p>\n

Please note that we cannot make size or color changes, so if you need to exchange an item for another, we will refund the price of the item and you will be able to make a new purchase in our online store.<\/span><\/p>\n

For hygienic reasons, chastity cages, dildos, plugs, vibrators, gags and other intimate items are non-returnable<\/strong> (if in doubt, please contact us before shipping).<\/p>\n

In the event that MYBDSMSTORE is the cause of a return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) the return costs will be free.
For all other returns will be the buyer who bears the shipping costs. No freight collect returns will be accepted.

What is the deadline for making a return?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The maximum period you have to write to us and make your return is 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order. <\/span><\/p>\n

Do I have to pay anything for my return?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping costs only unless MYBDSMSTORE is the cause of a return, in which case we will bear the shipping costs. <\/span><\/p>\n

In any case the shipment will be the customer’s responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

How and when will I receive my refund?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Once the return has been approved (when we check that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their original packaging) you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the credit to your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank. <\/span><\/p>\n

The amount paid will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when My BDSM store is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (wrong product shipment, product in bad condition, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 7 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order.<\/span><\/p>\n
