Japanese Butterfly Clamps, also called butterfly clamps or clover clamps, are a Japanese design that increase the bite as they are pulled. They are metallic and light. Their size is approximately 10cm long and 5cm wide. Their head is coated with a rubbery surface so that it does not damage the skin, however these clamps cause a fairly high level of pain and are usually only tolerable by the most experienced users.
Small weights (e.g. fishing weights) can be attached to the end of the clamp to generate tension and cause constant discomfort. Although their most common use is on the nipples, they can also be used on other areas, such as the tongue, labia, clitoris, penis or scrotum.
A possible game consists of attaching a rope or chain to the forceps and attaching them to a fixed point, limiting the movement since when pulled they will tighten increasing the pain and being very difficult to remove with one pull. Finally, when the clamps are removed the circulation is restored, causing a peak of pain more intense than when they were worn, and being part of the game.
